Orders placed via the website
Orders are normally despatched within 3-5 working days of receipt of payment, except in the case of special orders as indicated in the product description. In the unlikely event that we are unable to supply your order within this time, we will inform as soon as possible advising you of the anticipated despatch date. If you wish to cancel your order we will refund you immediately.
Credit card security
Credit card details are transmitted to us using a highly secure (128 bit) encryption system. Should you still be uncomfortable providing credit card details online, please contact us and we will be happy to make alternative arrangements.
Returns
We want you to be delighted with your purchase from Lucy Winter. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it unused to the address below for a full refund within 28 days from your purchase date.

Delivery Charges
Orders placed online will be subject to a delivery charge. These charges reflect as accurately as possible the actual cost to us of packing and posting your item. It is not Lucy Winter policy to make additional profit on delivery charges. Please note that orders over £40 (excluding heavy items such as frames and stands) are delivered FREE within the UK.
Import Duty
Unfortunately, Lucy Winter are unable to accept liability for any importation charges levied by local Customs.
Currency Conversion
Our currency converter allows you to view our prices in euros, US dollars, yen and Australian dollars as well as pounds sterling. Please note that all prices other than sterling are for guidance only, and all transactions take place in pounds sterling. Continually varying exchange rates mean that the amount charged to your payment card may differ slightly from the price indicated on the site.
